Mid-South Community College and Arkansas Northeastern College offer an FFA-certified Aviation Maintenance degree, which prepares students for the Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) licensure exam and a range of well-paying aviation jobs. MSCC, which also offers professional helicopter and airplane pilot training, will next year break ground on a new aviation training facility with a graduation capacity of 200 A&P mechanics annually.
