The Crossroads Coalition is an organization that promotes broad-based economic development in a 10-county region in Eastern Arkansas through education, community, leadership, and economic development. The Crossroads Coalition is a catalyst for continuing improvement of prosperity, opportunity, and other quality of life considerations (such employment, housing, education, healthcare, recreation and the national environment) in the Region. The 10 counties include: Crittenden, Cross, Jackson, Lee, Mississippi, Monroe, Phillips, Poinsett, St. Francis, and Woodruff.
